datablock timeout milliseconds
The time milliseconds indicates how long Zim Server has to wait before timing out trying to acquire a lock for blocks of data. After timing out, this block goes to a pending list of blocks. The lock over this block can be later satisfied without raising a deadlock condition.
Range between 0 to 60.
